s''=12t-14
0=12t-14
t=14/12                   :time for greatest velocity

s'=6(14/12)^2-14(14/12)+4
s'= -4.167

how come in the solution book it says the answer is 4.25cm/s?

why is it 4.25.... @.@
but i think i should be 4.167 since it is asking for -s'
