I think highest wind speed B will be observed at station C, way out in the ocean. Think of one of those North Atlantic hurricanes blowing in at 170 mph.

The lowest temperature, A, is at station A in Georgia.

55 dew points I associate with Station B, the one in Gainesville FL. It's the only 55 I see in the picture, no other reason really.

And highest pressure, D, I associate with station D, because it's the only one left. Process of elimination.
