OpenStudy (anonymous):

(d) If P(0) = 220 what happens to P(t) as t → ∞? (For example, is P(t) always increasing, always decreasing, a combination, does P(t) approach any value or go to infinity? Do NOT use an explicit solution to solve this problem)

OpenStudy (unklerhaukus):

need more information, cannot solve an equation with a single point of data

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Consider the logistic population model dP =.5P(1− P )

OpenStudy (unklerhaukus):

ok \[dp=.5(220)(1-220)\]\[dp=-24090\] so dp is decreasing with time and i guess it approaches zero at infinite time
