PLEEEEEEEEASE HELP! How the heck do i figure this out!!!? Find m

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got as far as 3(5)+10=25. what do i do next?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First off, you need to know that Bisect means to split in half, so if the whole angle is 5x and half of it is 3x +10 then the equation, so the easiest way i would approch the equation would be: 6x + 20 = 5x -6x -6x 20 = -1x Divide both sides by -1 -20 = X

Okay. I think i know where you going with this...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how did u get 65? I'm just trying to understand

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Dude, 3x + 10 is worth HALF of 5x Def. bisect

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5x = 3x + 10 2x = 10 x = 5 5*5 or 3*5+10 Answer for each smaller angle is 25 So the final answer is 2*25 or 50

Okay. I think i get it now.
