Why is 1 m^3 = 1 000 000 ml and 1 m^3 = 1000 L? I really don't get the whole dimensional analysis D; HELp!!

Alright so in your previous post i showed you how to get to the 1,000,000 ml now use that factor label set up for the first 2 parts and add this part to the end \[(\frac{1 L }{1000 ML})=1000L\]
