Is the chemical formula of Sodium Phosphate (V) Na5PO4?

OpenStudy (jfraser):

the (V) doesn't belong in this formula. I think I can see why you put it in there, since the charge on the phosphorus in the phosphate ion is +5, but roman numerals are only used for the charge of a transition metal. The formula of sodium phosphate is Na3PO4
