A. y = 3x + 2 and y = 3x - 3 B. y = -2/3 x and y = -1/4 x + 1 C. y = 3x + 2 and y = -1/4 x + 1 D. y = 3x - 3 and y = -1/4 x + 1 Those are the answer choices. :)
try substituting and solving, you look like you know what you're doing :)
I don't understand this one though. :/ Like if it was explained to me on what I need to find for this I'll be able to do it but I just don't know what I am looking for.
ok, so you have y= 3x+2 and y = 3x-3. solve for y and x. you can do this in 3 ways: 1) graphs. where do the 2 intersect? 2) substitute. 3) linear combinations (subtract and add vars)
