Using complete sentences, explain how to graph x + 3y = 3 using the x- and y-intercepts method. Help help help!

OpenStudy (buttermequeasy):

Lord Jesus please help me!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i am not who you are asking for but i will try to answer you question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you use put this in slope intercept form then it is much easier to solve y=mx +b

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y=-1/3x+3 just graph this y intercept at 3 slope is - 1/3 this should be correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what you can also do is substitute x = 0, to give 3y = 3, y = 1, to get the first coordinate (0,1), then substitute y = 0, so x = 3, and you have another co ordinate (3,0). then join a line from one point to the other, and continue the line from both sides
