Suppose a map of Madurodam is drawn to scale, where each centimeter on the map represents one meter in the city. Which of the following represents the ratio of actual length to length in Madurodam to length on the map?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that would be 100:1 - thatsl ength in Madurodam to lehgth on map because 1m = 100 centimeters

OpenStudy (anonymous):

which one of these is the answer: 2500 : 100 : 1 25 : 100 : 1 1 : 0.1 : 0.01 100 : 20 : 1

oh i see - i misread the question - there are 3 parts to it - sorry i'm confused - is the question complete?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol yeah thats it, im sorry

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is 'actual lehgth'? 1 cm on map = 1 meter in Madurodam - this is a very small scale - its more usual to have something like 1m =100 m. If Madurodam was even a small city the map be enormous.
