My answer is limited, in Portugal you're not alowed to take a calculator into any biology test, so I reckon you won't need it

Probably not.

If it turns out you do get a calculation question, set the problem up (write out the formula and correct values) even if you can't solve it. The teacher will probably give you at least partial marks if you show you know how to solve the problem even if you can't do the calculation.

In addition, in biology if you get a calculation question, you can probably do the math without the calculator, just go back to the fourth grade and do it by hand
