we have \[ (x+y)/(x-y)+ 1/(x+y)-(x^2+y^2)/(x^2-y^2)\] take LCM of (x+y) (x-y) and (x^2-y^2) it comes out to be (x^2-y^2) \[ ((x+y)^2+(x-y)-(x^2+y^2))/(x^2-y^2)\] we get \[ (x-y-2xy)/(x^2-y^2)\]
