With age, we become physically weaker and weaker. Our body systems dont want to follow us like they did in our youth. (sinew means muscles). Rudyard Kipling challenges us to not let oldage become an enemy of our ambition. He asks us to make our body work, with all our willpower, in order to fulfill our ambitions. Not every person can do that. People usually give up when they get old, thinking that they are gonna die soon anyway. But a few extraordinary people can even turn their oldage into youth in order to achieve their ambiton
