XD You could try Patrick JMT. It's not live, all videos and some text. You could also try AOPS or online courses from Duke TIP or John Hopkins CTY. AOPS has live lessons where theres a human teacher.

I've kinda been thinking it would be cool if you could sign up to give a "lesson" on openstudy, about certain topics. And you could get payed in medals, or by how well the students rated you or something.

art of problem solving. You should try Alcumus for practice. You make an acount, and chose the type of questions you want. They give you limitless practice questions in that area.
they also have classes that you can sign up for, and popular books and stuff.
