what is the answer for 9 5/9-6 5/6 in subtracing mixed numbers

first, turn put them into rational form 86/9 - 41/6 If you work these out, you'll see that 86/9 is equivalent to 9 5/9 and 41/6 is equivalent to 6 5/6
so the answer is 6 5/6
I got these numbers by multiplying the 9 by the 9 in the denominator, adding the five from the numerator, and then putting that answer once again over the original denominator (in this case 9). I went through the same steps to get 41/6.
Then you need to find a common denominator between them so that you can subtract. Can you do that?
