As you can see on the figure there is a gene (in this case polygalakturonase (PG)) in the DNA. At the same time there complementary gene for PG (the anti-sense gene). When the two genes is being transcripted, the two mRNA strings will again be complementary. Becuase of the complementary mRNA strings the hydrogenbounds between the nitrogen acids match, and cuase them to bind to eatch other. Becuase of the bound the mRNA can't be translatted and will slowly be brokken down. (becuase of mRNA is realitive unstable

rna is unstable but if it get ds then it becomes stable as that of dna??

Well some theorys says that it is becuase of the sugar molecule, and that uracil is used insted of thymin. But i have no paper that can give an answer.

ok.. i heard that rns is genetic material of bacteria rit but if it becomes ds does it affect their lifestyle or any modification came by that

yup rit virus had a geneticmaterial rna but if it become ds my ques remain same can we call it evolution??
