On more than one other sites it said the determinant was 22 ... I just don't know how to get there.

ANSWER IS ZERO.BECAUSE IF ONE WHOLE ROW OR COLUMN IS ZERO THEN DETERMINANT IS ZERO.WE CAN MAKE ZERO ROW BY USING ELEMENTARY ROW OPERATION
