right, you use the formula \[m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2=x_1} = \frac{4-2}{3-1} = \frac{2}{2} = 1\] where m is your slope (or gradient).
typo: \[m = \frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}\]
