how to solve this

OpenStudy (waheguru):

Mass of one object is 6*10^24 another object is 3.3*10^5 times larger what is the mass of this object

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is 6*10^24 * 3.3*10^5 = 19.8 * 10^29

OpenStudy (waheguru):

That is the answer

OpenStudy (waheguru):

the answers say 1.98*10^30

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Same thing. You take 10 out of 19.8 and you get 1.98 * 10. So, that will add one more to the exponent of 10.

OpenStudy (waheguru):

Oh K Ha thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

19.8 * 10^29 = 1.98 * 10 * 10^29 = 1.98 * 10^30
