I am writing a summary of a government document. There is only one reference for this summary, but there will be several paragraphs. Do I cite this one resource at the end of each paragraph or only at the end of the entire summary?

I am writing a summary of a government document.  There is only one reference for this summary, but there will be several paragraphs.  Do I cite this one resource at the end of each paragraph or only at the end of the entire summary?

It would seem that as long as you state in the beginning what it is / what the source is then you shouldn't have to keep citing it over and over. However, if you make a quote of any kind you would need to cite that individually.
