I have SoulSilver, so I can only get Groudon. Have not traded for a HeartGold Kyogre yet. Sadly, you really need a Kyogre from HeartGold to get the Rayquaza...

I havent said that I gave you a Celebi that enables an in-game event. I am not sure myself where I have those pokemon anyway o.0
