yes, but the method varies :)

if you mean the two solutes are dissolved in a solvent,the answer is yes. you can heat the solution for a while and allow it cool down at room temperature. the solution will be more and more concentrated. when it is saturated, some of the solute will no longer dissolve in the solvent. you can carry out the process crystallization. each kind of solute will crystallize with it's own crystal, i.e. the same substance made up of the same kind of atoms so you can get the solute separated.
