Why does acute endurance activity increases systolic blood pressure but no change in diastolic blood pressure ?? but for resistance exercise(weight lifting) can increase both systolic and diastolic blood pressure?

OpenStudy (blues):

The systolic pressure increases because the heart has to pump harder to get blood to tissues with increased metabolic and contractile rates and hence higher demands for oxygen. The diastolic pressure stays the same because tissue oxygen demand has no effect on the relaxation of the cardiac muscles and the rate at which the relaxed chambers fill with blood.

thank you blues again :)
