http://ideone.com/vCU1c when I run this program in my computer, it shows me a scary message saying that "This program has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the programmer" or something. What is happening?

So, I suspect this has to do with the line that reads "throw Ball()". Although amusing, it probably isn't syntactically valid to throw something that doesn't extend "exception"...

Either that or C++ may just not handle exceptions thrown in main, which would be tacky, but possible.
