Hi, I want to take the Linear Algebra course so that i can move on to study a bit of Machine Learning. I have seen that Multivariable Calculus is a formal prerequisite for this course. Can anyone please tell me which parts exactly of this course are necessary. For example do i need to study : 1)Double Integrals and Line Integrals in the Plane 2)Triple Integrals and surface integrals in 3 space.

I took the course recently. multivariable calculus is needed for partial derivatives-related applications.(which i skipped wo understanding) There are no double/triple integral in the course.

thanks for the reply. It seems to me then that i should only go through the first 2 parts of Multivariable calculus then : 1) Vectors and Matrices 2) Partial Derivatives
