how do I cite when the book has an article by different author?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If I´ve realized your question, you can use the word "apud". For exemple, the author "A" is quoted by author "B" in his/her article. So, you have to write: According to A ("year and page" apud "B" "year and page") .....

You are welcome!

In fact, the year of quoted author is not necessary. An exemple, Stewart (1990 apud BELLIZIA, 2009, p. 22). That is the rule here in Brazil. See which is used in your country. D.
