Why do some automobiles have additional yellow lights? a) Yellow light is not scattered. b) Yellow light produces least dazzling effect. c) To save power d) For some other reason.

Aadarsh, I googled it and I am not sure it is A or B, seems more like D. See this: http://www.newton.dep.anl.gov/askasci/phy99/phy99xx4.htm. Yellow light does scatter, so not A, less dazzling is not really the issue, so not B, leaves C and D, and really don't know if it is any cheaper, so leaves me with D.
