Triangle ABC is right-angled at C, with AC = 3 and BC = 4. The large shaded square PQRS is inscribed in △ABC, with P and Q on AB. The small shaded square is inscribed in △SRC, with one side along SR. What is the ratio of the side of the small shaded square to the side of the large shaded square? Express your answer as a common fraction.
