Was the novel particularly difficult to read, for one reason or another? Was it very long, perhaps? Or written in a style you are not accustomed to? If so, then of those aspects you had to grapple with, which do you feel you did the best with? Which do you feel you improved upon the most -- which are you the most satisfied with?

Or perhaps it has less to do with the book itself and more to do with where you are as a reader. We all have our own set of skills to be worked on. Which do you feel you were working on with this novel, and which have you improved upon?
