you can use rapidshare.com, upload your file on it, and then give the link to your friend.

I must admit, with all the piracy talk, they haven't said a word about U-torrent. Speaking of which, because it's a large file, you might want to tell whomever to use the U-torrent option when downloading the file from 4shared. Trust me, I re-downloaded that Algebra book and it would have taken over 15-20 hours with regular downloads? How BIG is it?
