Combine like terms : (8x-5x) + (-10y-16y) + (5z+6z) => 3x-26y+11z

Collect and add/subtract like terms...all the terms with x in them go together, the ones with z in them go together and so on... 8x-5x-10y-16y+6z+5z This gives us 3x-26y+11z
