A crate slides down a 35o ramp with constant speed. What is the coefficient of kinetic friction between the crate and the ramp? 0.25 0.45 0.50 0.60 0.70

OpenStudy (xkehaulanix):

...Isn't this a physics question? I've forgotten most of it by now, but if there is constant speed, the forces acting upon it must all be equal. Therefore the force pulling the crate down (gravity) applied at the angle of the ramp will be equal to the force of friction, which you can use with the equation for friction force to find the coefficient...I think.
