OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[If c(x)=x^3-2x & d(x)=4x^2-6x+8, what is the value of 3c(a-4)+3d(a+5)\]

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

What's the value of "a" ? is it given?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no :(

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

Ok, so now.. u have the value for "c" and u have the value for "d" as well.. u can simply insert the values, 3c(a-4)+3d(a+5) 3(x^3-2x)(a-4) +3(4x^2-6x+8)(a+5) Now multiply.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Buuuuuut......dont u do them seperately?

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

Nope, i think we will do that way.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Otayy ur the boss

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):
