Notifications do not update automatically, only when you refresh site.

He also changed browser to IE (not very good idea) and notifications works for him. But it's not necessarily just browser's problem because I didn't change browser and it works today

This is a problem that we're investigating. It's actually a pretty puzzling backend issue. The way to fix it for now is logging out and logging in. It's intermittent so hopefully you don't have this problem a lot, but we're working to track it down.
