Eukaryotic cells reproduce asexually, by mitosis or karyokinesis, originating 2 diploid daughter cells, and by meiosis originating 4 daughter haploid cells from a diploid cell. Sexual reproduction is common to oogenesis and spermatogenesis. Hope this is what you mean.
