please help i need to factor this polynomial 4k(3k-2)-(3k-2)

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

well expand and simplify 12k^2 - 8k - 3k + 2 12k^2 -11k + 2 to factorise... multiply the coeffiecient of k^2 by the constant 12 x 2 = 24... find the factors of 24 that add to - 11 -8, -3 then \[((12k - 8)(12k - 3))/12 \] simplify \[(4(3k - 2)3(4k - 1))/12\] (3k -2)(4k -1)
