ok so for 3, you have 6*60+45=405seconds, and times cm per second you get 405 cm convert to meters. 4.05 meters, (6^2-4.05^2)^1/2= you get the third side= 4.427
area of triangle= 0.5*4.426*4.05=8.96

then for 2, i think you have to relate the triangle at the top, with the one at the bottom interms of areas, and in terms of lengths and solve the 2 equations with 2 unknowns
