C++ or Java, which is more useful to be learned?
it depends what you want to do, one is more useful for one thing another one is more useful for other thing
Totally depends on where you're going. C++ is very useful in game programming, Java can be used for just about anything.
But some people used to say that "You can't understand Java without learning C++"
in your uni first language which is taught is Java, so that statement is false
Can't agree with it either. Though if you have even mediocre knowledge of C++ Java should never be a problem. C++ enables you to mess around with pointers, malloc and such. Java has abstracted such complicated things away. (mostly anyway)
and Java is build from C++ so yeah if you know C++ already it's easier to learn Java but you don't need to know C++ to learn Java
Thanks a lot...
I would suggest you to learn c++ as it is both object oriented and funtion oriented so that will have flavoe of both java and c .But java is rich in library so you will have hell lot of API's to play with which are well built. SO now it's up to you to decide.....
c++ and java are close competers yet they have thier own domains and they rule thier domains without cclose competers.....but one thing is for sure the basic frame work of object-oriented concept is must for both. Also learning c++ first is prefered as it is well described and java is lot easy once yu got c++
both of them is usefull, dont worry to learn many programming language. Once you mastered one language, its very easy to learn another
