The point (0.83265, 0.55380) lies on the unit circle. If a terminal arm is drawn through this point, what is the sine ratio of the angle?

@satellite73 Actually, that's the tangent. The sin is opposite over hypotenuse. Since it's on the unit circle, the hypotenuse is 1, so the sin is the y coordinate or 0.55380
since it is a unit circle the y component of the point will be its sine ratio, .55380
ho ho ho so it is!
second coordinate is sine, first is cosine, tangent is second over first. my apologies
