I need help graphing this: y=log(base)3(x+4)-1
:(( i don't even know where to start! Someone help! :/

start with basic parent log graph:
log x = -inf as x -> 0
log(1) = 0
log(base) = 1

general equation: y = log(base) (x-h) + k
k shifts graph up/down
h shifts graph left/right
