A calculus and geometric question. The area bounded by the small loop of the limacon r=1-2sinθ is given by the definite integral. The answer given is ∫(1-2sinθ)^2 dθ with a lower limit of pi/6 and an upper limit of pi/2. I know how to work out the limits but I can't get the result of (1-2sinθ)^2. Help!
