Question

While teaching the four basic forces, I realized I did not have the correct vocabulary to explain electromagnetic force. I know that electromagnetic radiation is energy which travels in waves; but how do I explain the "force"?

A force is any influence that causes an object to undergo a change in speed, a change in direction, or a change in shape.
