I can't write in (  Equation ) in other word when i press Equation the window not appear .. is there something wrong in my explorer ?

When you press the $\Sigma$ Equation button on the bottom left of the reply text area, it should popup a window where you can enter equations.
Maybe you have a popup blocker enabled?

Aha .. now i got little info.. the program of equ. editor of this website use . Java ..as we know this program maybe have some trouble with the Explorer used .. by the way i used Google Chrome .
