If I'm asked the pressure at 30 m below the sea level, am I supposed to consider the atmospheric pressure plus the pressure in water, or only the pressure en water?

If you are asked about the total pressure you got to add the atmospheric pressure plus the pressure under water, but in case you are asked about the pressure caused by water, then u neglect the atmospheric pressure
