Hey all, what is the difference between P and S polarized in the contex of EM waves at interface, so what happens when light is transmitted, and what happens when light is reflected? and how can i visualize this?

PLEASE someone help!

OpenStudy (turingtest):

I'm sorry, I really don't know that much about polarization. All I know is it has to do with the orientation of the light waves. I'm pretty sure the E and B fields in a P polarized wave are perpendicular to those in an S polarized one.

thanks turing
