2) then find $$2h(x)$$
3) then subtract

$$2f(a-4)=2\left( (a-4)^2+3(a-4)\right)$$
$$=2\left( (a-4)(a-4)+3a-12\right)$$
$$2\left(a^2-8a+16+3a-12\right)$$
$$2\left(a^2-5a+4\right)$$
$$2a^2-10a+8$$

$$2h(a)=2(2a^2-3a+5)$$
$$=4a^2-6a+10$$
