Next extend a line from the top of the tower to the base at the right and left side. You will have two triangles to solve. The tower (100ft) will be a side in each. Then the distance along the base on each side is 75 feet. From the fact that the base is on a 6 degree angle we can tell that the angles at the base of the tower will be 96 and 84. That gives you two sides and the included angle which is enough information to set up the law of cosines.
