i need to change her name im repeating it alot
There is nothing wrong with using she or her in place of her name.
The trick is that since this paragraph is about Liz you can use she or her in place of her name in most cases. The exception would be that if using she/her would create confusion. If there was a sentence or clause preceding that had a female subject that was not Liz, using she or her in the following sentence or clause could become confusing as to who you are referring to. Liz does not smoke, her mother wouldn't approve. She had a sister that died from cancer. Whose sister died from cancer? Liz's or her mother's?
Lizz? then what should i put
You would use 'Liz' or 'Her mother' depending on whose sister you were referring to. If it was Liz's sister, then you would write it: Liz does not smoke, her mother wouldn't approve. Liz had a sister that died from cancer. If it was Liz's aunt, then you would write it: Liz does not smoke, her mother wouldn't approve. Her (or Liz's) mother had a sister that died from cancer.
