Vines and Trees are both plants, but they are very different from each other. What adaptations can you see in these plants, and how do you think these adaptations help them survive? HELP me PLEASE! My teacher gives me so much work.

Vine

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Tree

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would say the major adaptation between the two is a tree developed a truck inorder to keep it upright while the vine uses another structor to suport it's self.

OpenStudy (blues):

Plants are not my strong suite so all I can give you is a general answer. Vines use other structures - trees, rock faces, buildings, etc - for support while trees provide most of their own support with their trunks.

OpenStudy (blues):

Make sense?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well, the part about suite i dont know wat ur talking about

OpenStudy (blues):

You've never heard that expression? I meant I am not an expert on plant biology.
