That's fine. Believe me, I come up dry often enough too. It's asking you to compare two of the skulls. Specifically, it's asking you to compare the bottom two in the picture: the neanderthal skull (number 4) and the modern human skull (number 5). The back part of the neanderthal's skull is bigger than the modern day human's. A little, anyway. And the jaw is less pointy and sits closer to the neck. The question asks you which option best describes that situation. I think it's probably B.
