Help please!: Why the United States Constitution is/has been successful/why it works? (Ive already mentioned branches, etc.)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Because its lists specifically the jobs of each branch, federal and state government. some things are not said explicitly but it is implied and gives the congress to use/add/change etc. as it needs in future. so basically (sort of) keeps options open in case problems do come up. It lists specifically the rights of citizens which are not to be taken away from in the Bill of Rights. It allows for congress/people to amend the constitution if it is necessary. that's all i could think of right now...sorry..but i hope that helps! :D
